It's been an age since I last used this. Started losing again June 1st, I'd managed to go up to 198lbs. Was disgusted with myself Kept ignoring three fact that clothes were TOO tight & to add insult, like a complete muppet, I just bought the next size up and continued to ignore my humongous rear! Just back from holidays, gained 2lbs... now back to it. Have a family holiday in March'19. That at least will help keep my focus now for my breakfast. I'm doing IF & calorie control
