Not as much as I wanted to lose but considering the fact that I lost 4 last week I guess 2 is okay.

87.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg. Still to go: 24.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.9 kg a Week
