Sejak 30 juli gak bisa kontrol makan.... Selalu surplus 200-1000... aku harus gmna?, mna skrang malas olahraga, sering ngelibur.... Gegara pas lebaran libur 2 minggu olahraga... Pdhal dlu 10bulan setiap hari bergerak...ntah senam, WO, DLL...
Gimana ini? Butuh solusi...
