soooooo I haven't been eating the best, which is why I have gained a pound. I'm pretty mad about it, so it kinda kicked my butt in gear today, which I guess is a good thing! I got back on track with eating, and I went an worked out today after class and work. I downloaded a guide for training to run a half marathon!!!! I really hope that regardless if I run one or not, it will get me in really good shape! Obviously my goal is to run one sometime soon, so I'll have to work really hard for that! I'm excited though:) I need something athletic to work towards now that I'm not playing sports anymore! Here's to a weekend of hard work and getting back on track:) :)
