Has it really been over two years? Injury to the shoulder put a damper on the calisthenics, and then a woman wandered into my life, so things became, err, easier as I did less and less cooking.
So here we go again. Full on keto for a while. Been dropping what seemed like a mcdonald's thick shake down the bowl each morning for the last two weeks or so, so let's cut the crap and start again from scratch and see what happens.
Actually started Aug 1 with no beer (and wine and stuff) and been gradually reducing sugars and carbs until now-ish. Not sure what weight I was then, but 76 rings a bell... but then I've lost water weight for sure and there is, of course, less "in the tube" as it were. Aaand No "low-carb flu", which is good.
