FINALLY a great week. Lost 3.2 lbs this week. The weight isn't coming off as quickly as I would like it to. Last week I was up 4/10 of a lb, so of course I just didn't record my weight. Avoidance? Absolutely. As a matter of fact "in protest of my failure" I left the Weight Watcher's meeting, walked into my kitchen, picked up the phone and ordered a Pizza Hut Meat Lover's pizza. That was on Friday, Feb 22. On Saturday, Feb 23 I went to a birthday party with an Oriental food theme where I proceeded to punish myself for what the scales had reflected. On Sunday I concluded my foodfest...right now I can't even recall what I consumed. Zig Zigler, the motivational speaker would call this "Stinkin' Thinkin". I was sabotaging my success. I need to remind myself that muscle weighs more than fat. I have kicked my exercise up to 5X a week. On Monday I was back on track and thankfully today, Friday, I was rewarded with a 3.2 lb weight loss. WHAT A WEEK!!!
