I went to a book signing in Bailey's Crossroads today for my favorite writer. It made my exercise time a little tight, but I had to get my steps in for my Pedometer Challenge. Luckily my husband was on call tonight and had to go to a water heater repair or I would have never been able to get on the treadmill. After squeezing in a last minute walk my steps today are 13,554 6.41 miles. I kept the calories pretty low today thinking I was not going to get to work out, so I am banking a lot today. Tomorrow morning is weigh in day. I am a little nervous and still thinking I should skip it this week because of the water weight. I am afraid I am not going to like the number and get disappointed in my results which will make me give up. Wish me luck.
