🙆昨天正常吃飯大概64.6
一堆麵食逆襲應該胖0.3~0.5
下午好累睡2小時
晚上有外出騎腳踏車。。
有大流汗喔!
64.6 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week
