Diet masih semangat,walau kdang msh suka down,,WO dirumah sudah hampir 6bln gak dijalanin lg, karena baca2 di artikel & IG, OR hanya bantu 20%,itu'pun bila rutin & terjadwal dgn baik,,sdgkan saya gak punya wkt WO,blum seniat bgt jd'in WO seperti "makanan"
