Today went ok, I ate more calories then I would have liked to for dinner. Still not able to work out as hard as I would like because the cycle is on full force. Tomorrow will be a much lighter day, but I am not sure how much time I will get to work out as I have some big plans to meet one of my favorite authors. The writer of the Sookie Stackhouse novels will be in my area and I am going to get her to sign my book so I will be doing a lot of standing in my exercise chart tomorrow. Pedometer reads 15,579 step and 7.37 miles, kinda surprised at the amount, seeing as I forgot to put the pedometer on for the first two hours of the day.
