Down .5 lbs today. Had 1 cup chicken salad (baked breast, mayo, onion, sugar-free relish), 1 Tbs peanut butter, 1 cup chicken chili, and taco salad for dinner. Didn't walk today, still too hot. I cut back on tea today and drank more water. Taking my vitamins, including potassium. Wish me well! :)

i also had gastric bypass in 2001 got to 150 and gained to 220 now because of back injury now i need to get moving and get it off hope we can help each other out

Good Luck. That chicken salad does sound good, I didn't know they made sugar-free relish.
