Well--I am now at 195! Yea! I am so proud of myself. Even being so busy today with running tons of errands, teaching the kids, I still was able to fit in my 9 miles on the treadmill today. Maybe tomorrow it wont be as hectic but I am just glad I did it. The old me would have said to hell with it but not the new and IMPROVED me! 195 195 195 hey hey hey hey! So excited about it! At this rate, I might even be in the 170s for Vegas...who knows...as long as I am in the 180s I will be happy but for the 170s...I may just streak outside my house...thank God I live in the country ha ha. Well--on to my ab lounger and then I am going to bed.
