still at it, just in slacking on actually putting my calories in . but I've still been working out and trying to watch my portion size and stay away from greasy junk foods. really excited that I'm down to 143. that makes a total weight loss for me of 22 pounds so far ! I really didn't think I can do it but all this hard work has been paying off. have set a new goal for myself 130 pounds if I could even get to 125 that would be ideal I just need to make sure I don't lose too quickly because I have noticed a difference with the toneness of my thighs😮 I think I'm going to try to tone up my thighs before I try to lose anymore weight and make it worse. we are always our worst Critic lol wish me luck guys I'll try to keep better track of my diary for any of those who follow my journey. cheers!
