Holy cow! that was difficult.. I obviously need to stick with a food schedule.. Im always looking at the clock and wondering when is the best time to eat then i get hungry then .. yup.. it sucks,,, hehehehehe but today I was actually able to do it.. Mostly because I came onto the website and looked to other people for inspiration. Yay for me I made it through my first day!!!!!!!!!
