Yesterday, we had a party at work, and even though I packed a healthful lunch, I gave in to all of the unhealthful foods around me. First, it started off with a turkey sandwich, slice of cheese, and mustard on a roll...not too bad...then it progressed to some taco dip and chips...then veggies (drenched in dip), 2 mini kit kats and a licorice, then the topper was a piece of chocolate cake...all junk and I didn't seem full. After work I figured, well, I cheated all day so for dinner I had mac 'n cheese and 2 slices of pizza (although made with fat free mozarella and turkey pepperoni, so not too bad). I felt sick last night, and I knew it was from not eating healthy meals. Today, I hope I can get back on track even though its Friday, and my husband and I usually eat out on the weekend...my goal is to plan ahead.
