I had another girl's night last night. Instead of bringing crap I brought my own healthy food to share and I made sure that I didn't eat any of the junk that the other girls brought. I felt good. I didn't feel deprived or crave the junk. Planning makes all the difference. I've been packing my lunch everyday at work and eating homemade food at home.

That's some awesome will power... I see you're going to be a nursing student. I work as an RN in a busy ICU setting, and I find it difficult to get to the gym and eat healthy around my crazy work schedule, but I'm trying!!! Good luck with nursing and becoming a healthier you!
