Sejak saya diet & selama puasa Ramadhan, mengejar BMR memang perlu perjuangan tersendiri. Alhamdulillah, saat lebaran, serakus-rakusnya makan 'lebaran', masih di atas TDEE harian sedikit... Kebiasaan memang akan membentuk kepribadian. SEMANGAT ya warga FS!
