8:16am - I lost some sleep last night. I woke up thirsty at 1am so I drank some water and when I went back to bed, I just couldn't sleep. I did some meditation and that put me in a relaxed state and that slowly put me back to sleep 2 hours later. Because of this I skipped my morning workout. I figured I can take a walk during my lunch hour and again after work.

oh man - that has been my life for the past month. I need to get some hormone therapy for this menopause stuff - this schedule really does wreak havoc with the morning workout schedule! But my 4 to 6 a.m. awake time has been a great time to re-listen to IOWL podcasts.
