I went and got the book Cardio Free - just started it last night. His premise intrigues me and I think that if I knew I didn't have to do the drudgery of cardio, it might get me to the gym more often and regularly. We'll shall see.
My boyfriend is taking me out for Valentine's dinner tonight instead of Thursday night (beat the crowds doncha know) so I'm trying to eat reeeeally lightly today (the Pre Do) and it's really hard. I just want to nibble at everything in sight..........
