8:32am - I got up at 5:30am and did my morning workout. I decided to add a little more intensity with an exercise I read in a magazine some years ago. I start by standing straight with my arms stretched toward the ceiling then I roll my back down, plant my hands on the floor jump my feet back so I'm in pushup position, do one pushup, jump feet back towards my hands, roll my back up to the starting position and jump up. Doing this a few times will definitely get the heart pumping.
