Trying to skip breakfast....not working....Im so hungry!

Drink ice cold water, your body will process that for sometime and you will forget about the hunger. Otherwise keep yourself busy haha, i know its shit but on a diet hunger is something we have to deal with and come to terms with it. BUT I DO FEEL LIKE SOME TOAST RIGHT ABOUT NOW 😅😅😂

Low lemon water and coffee helps with the early morning hunger. From there on out flavoured teas and water are my saving grace!

Depends on your personal schedule and career 😄 Like I work till 5/6pm then I can only exercise so that won't work for me.

Skipping breakfast is actually a good thing. Its a common misconception that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Check the studies. Having a ice cold glass of water instead of breakfast speeds up your system! I only eat at 12! And ive lost 17 already!😊

Your IF hours must suit you and your schedule as well as your training hours. Its easiest for beginners to do most of their fasting during sleeping hours. I began with fasting from 5 at night until 7 in the morning. You can extend and move your hours as you please, you will be hungry! Thats just life unfortunately 😊

Ok. Thanks Chardz04. Its great to have advice from an experience and successful faster. I feel confident about this diet....Any foods I should stay away from....coz high fat diets dont work for me because of severe acid reflux (GERD)

My best advice is cut sugar and rich foods. The best way ive found to fast is at a calorie deficit! Ive wanted the hour glass shape thus trimming fat on my belly area but maintaining by my but and thighs. Eating foods you can digest easily is good when you trying it out. Oats, protein shakes, easily digested fats like avos, nuts. Cut all sodas, trans fats and foods that take your system time to digest. Red meats is something my system cannot process quickly. Read your body signs, it speaks to you. We just dont learn how to read those signs. 😊😊 Any time! Im always willing to help! And ive been quute successful thus far haha.

I cant do high fat foods either! My diet is high protein, low carbs! That doesnt mean im always chomping on meat! Haha but high fats react badly with me, we might have similar systems!

Also good to remember is that hunger comes in waves... It doesn't get worse & worse & worse until you wanna die! I've been doing 24 hour fasts for almost 3 years now, and I will never look back! I only eat dinners, on weekends I do 16:8 IF. My diet aint great at the moment, but I've experienced great weight loss. I believe in 1 ingredient products, when you have to read the label, i.e for pastas, or canned foods, or packaged foods then it's a no-go. I consume rice, potatoes, etc in moderation & still see some weight loss on the fasting lifestyle.

I follow it loosely, my RDI is 1600, so I always try to stick below that. That's why I add starches to my diet sometimes, to hit the right amount of calories, because I only eat once a day.

I dont follow the fatsecret suggested RDI. Ive changed mine in my settings to my preference for quicker results. Mine was 1600 now 900.

900 is starvation mode never eat below 1200.

Yolanda, i think people can eat how they want. I dont starve and im healthy and lost 17kgs already, aswell as have muscle. But thanks for the advice 😊

protein shake look for one very low in cal like 100%whey I do it dropped a kg last week obvious I gym and eat1000 cal a day
