holiday weekend followed then by my grandmas birthday weekend was hard!!!! I purposely avoided any bbq on memorial weekend, but at my grandma's I did splurge a little. I had a lot of little servings of the things I wanted to try. which all in all i only consumed about 1530 or so. my daily intake is maxed at 1200 right now but i usually avg around 900 daily. so that combined with being a lazy bag of bones all weekend scared me when I stepped on the scale last night which read 152! so I took a deep breath got back onto my regular routine. hit the gym this morning for 45 min. man did that feel good. I always try to remind myself not to take my weight in the evenings as they always read heavier from the days food. lol. But thankfully I just stepped on the scale out of curiosity and I'm back to my weight I was prior to the weekend... 150.6! yayyyyy. just need to stay positive and dedicated to working out cuz that's where I'm finding the most progress/results! (and yes I know i had a weigh in earlier-prior to gym and days activities) lol.
