Good Morning Fatsecret Buddies!!
I am changing my attitude and my body starting today. I have changed it some already, but I'm gonna go into crunch mode, and see how much weight and inches I can get off in the next 3 weeks. I've never just tried to buckle down and do as much as I can for a certain amount of time. So...it's 3 weeks, 21 days, and then I have a kid free, adult weekend that I'm gonna have fun at and not worry about my weight. I'm gonna journal everyday and weigh in everyday. Let the countdown begin. I know I can do this, but my determination and will have been altogether absent since vacation and I have lost some ground and need to get it back and then some!!
