I really like buying whole chickens, and roasting them in the oven. I rub them with butter, and also pop a few small pieces of butter under the chicken skin (hey, if you're gonna do Atkins, do it right!). Then I munch on it for dinners, and use it on my salads for lunch.
As to good advice for getting through induction- follow it to the letter, keep away from nasty artificial sweeteners, and take this time to break your sweets cravings, if you have any.
