Has anyone tried intermittent fasting with eating breakfast and lunch and no dinner?

Does it work? Pros and cons?

I did it once for more than a year, even though it was unintentionally, but I lost around 16 kg in that year. But, it was a party lifestyle, it was in my younger years, so I won't be able to give you any other advise, except that it did work for me.

side note your meals will have to be spaced apart can't do breakfast and lunch best results from my experience was 7am and 7pm

That's what I'm doing and it's working for me. I DONT like cooking so it suits me not to have to make dinner.

I am doing it at the moment, but I eat lunch and dinner. Have lost a lot of cms and kgs. At first it was going slowly but now its better. Love eating this way. Because if I eat early in the morning, I remain hungry the whole day, and just want to eat and snack. (I am 51 yrs old). Lost a lot of cms around my waist (I am apple shape).

This week I've tried keto and eat two meals a day. I eat between 11am and 5pm. I lost 0.5 kg in 3 days and can't really understand how that's possible cause I'm tall but small in size. I didn't think someone my size could lose so much so fast

I also have that. I sleep up right almost every night. I will have to look into my eating & drinking habits.

MellaGray intermittent fasting is very good! The best is to fast for 18 hours with dinner being your last meal and then don't eat again until around 15h00 the following day. Only drink water and rooibos tea. No sugar, artificial sweetners or milk.

I have also done it before, it worked well, was tough in the beginning because we are so used to eating dinner. I also slept better. Sometimes a bit challenging to keep the social life going.... but if you don’t feel you have to fast every night, it is easy enough.
