I had a good workout session this morning and was so full of energy i am so grateful for the support of my sister and for helping me to stay positive. I still don't think that i am ready to get back on the scale , not just jet as i feel i have not lost any weight yet. But i am very determined to keep on going and give my self i at least another week before i weigh my self and see if i am on the right track. Thank you to all of you guys for posting your story's as it is so inspirational...
