had a win today - my partner and I were out and about and I didn't have a "food plan". That's usually when I choose unwisely - when I'm wingin' it. Well, we got back to our office and I found 4 oz of lowfat cottage cheese and a tangerine. That was a perfect lunch - so much better than a burger and fries that I was thinking about getting.
