had a win today - my partner and I were out and about and I didn't have a "food plan". That's usually when I choose unwisely - when I'm wingin' it. Well, we got back to our office and I found 4 oz of lowfat cottage cheese and a tangerine. That was a perfect lunch - so much better than a burger and fries that I was thinking about getting.

Yay!!

thanks everyone - I'm making better and better choices every day. I like writing all of my food down - this site rocks! It is the first time I am being completely honest - what a concept, huh?
