Came home and set up the grill because the weather has been so rainy and I was afraid it would be pouring by the time I got home from the thrift store this afternoon.
Strange food timing today....found DH's Jif PB - oh no! Anyway, I logged it and made adjustments for it. I had a strawberry smoothie before going out for the walk but then didn't have my usual "breakfast" upon getting back....had freshly grilled steak and broccoli instead. Love the food, but not exactly typical fare for me in the middle of the day. Then off to the thrift store - not very hungry tonight (that PB!).
Intra-day weight is surprisingly low, esp. considering the PB and the fact that I had the bulk of my calories so much earlier than usual. We'll see how this goes. The one thing I DO know is that any "good" that comes of this is NOT because of the PB!!!! In other words, repeating today's amount of PB is NOT a recipe for success! LOL!
