*sighs heavily* This is tough. I have ups and downs. I want to be good but then I want to be bad. Men have it so easy. They can eat garbage, yet manage to lose weight. I feel like the only way I can lose the weigh is if I am constantly perfect, Eating nothing but grilled chicken and steamed or boiled veggies. But how boring is that!! I am so tired of chicken and finding ways to spruce it up without adding points.
