Puasa hari 1 makan di bawah BMR, cuma 900an kal. Kenyang padahal. Bingung gimana ngejar kalori supaya min.1300. Besoknya baru ingat untuk menambahkan mayonais dan BPC/bullet proof chocolate (bukan coffee) ke menu. Alhasil hari-2 kalorinya nembus 2100.😂
