Felt rather ill this morning for some reason so I am struggling to get all my calories eaten today. TMI FONT I had to vomit twice due to the nausea.
Fortunately, I wasn't working so I went back to bed after a small breakfast - which I enventually "lost."
And, I craved a baked sweet potato - which was weird - so I ate one. I have not eaten any type of potato for several months. I know there are a lot of good nutrients in sweet potato so I listened to my body.
It is later evening now, and feeling a little better...but was just a weird day. It seemed as if I was dehydrated this morning (thirst, dizzyness, nausea) but I drink over a gallon of water everyday,so cannot imagine why I felt poorly.
I just read about sodium, drinking water and low blood pressure or low sodium in your blood which can cause some of the same symptoms I had today.
Anyone medical out there know about this stuff and can explain it?
