This is it. The determination, will power, strenght, motivation... it all came back to me. I started slowly this weekend with the gym, with watching the portions and the type of food I am eating. So far so good... the weight went down a little, but I am determined to hit 130 lbs by this summer and to maintain! Gym every day, small portions, controlling the bad eating habits = no food after 7pm - water only. So... who is in?! lol... this is really great! I haven't felt so good this year yet... so let's kick it!
