Started keto again today....had a cupcake....failed....

But I will try again tomorrow and succeed

Ive come up with a name for my black sugarless coffee....Blah Coffee! But it tastes better cold with ice. Nice and refreshing actually.

i had such a bad day yesterday! STEERS for dinner but it was so worth it.

Hahaha... Looks like yesterday was the bad eating day! I had packets of chips, & debonairs for dinner, even though I had healthy food in the fridge.

😂 lol, it happens to the best of us.. I was having dumplings and chicken stew on Sunday 🙈🙈 but thank God I've started afresh from Monday though I was feeling horrible with headaches and fatigues.. so don't beat ursrlf up, it's normal 😂
