Good morning everyone,

Had a great day yesterday....cheerios w/bananas, brown rice with black beans and salsa,fruits and yogart for snack and protien shake for dinner....we went to a party last night for my husbands work and they had great food catered in. I resisted everything...not one bite and the best part was I wasn't even thinking about the food. I put my focus on enjoying the converstions. It feels great to stay on track. I weighed in this morning at 149 and I have been wanting so bad to get into the 140ies. I have another major weekend ahead of me..my sister coming in to visit from California and we are going to a b-day party for a friend of ours that is being held a a local resort...tons of food and temptaion so pray for me to stay strong. I know I can do!!!

Nice job...congrats on getting into the 140's that is awesome!!! You did it last night, you can do it again, I have not doubt! Even if you to cheat a little, you will be just fine, just get back on track the following day! Have a great weekend!

Excellent job, Jenn...I know how that can be and will be facing the same challenge on Sunday when I attend a birthday party at one of the swankiest restaurants in Baltimore. I think that the hardest part for me will be wine. Good job!

Congrats! My mini and full goals are both anchored in the 140's so I am pretty envious:) Good luck with your tempting time but let yourself have a little guiltfree fun!
