You shouldn't just by going up to 1200 calories again. It is more detrimental to eat too few calories too many days in a row! I thihk what you did was fine and it worked out for you, just don't make a habit of it. Even if you eat a piece of fruit at dinner, would be better than skipping a meal.

you won't :) Make sure to get enough calories or you will start to lose muscle and that won't help! You need to lose fat not muscle to look really good and for the best health. Especially if you are exercising. People always find this hard to believe, but take it from me since I've lost almost 90 pounds, you lose more weight when you eat the correct amount than when you eat too much or too little :)
