jan 12, 2007. been on diet. weighed in this am 223 lbs, ARGHHHHHH. i was 229 at christmas so doing ok. i really want to loose weight before swim suit season. i hate my appearance now. i dont look into mirrow if i am nude. have that discusting pouch hanging. how did i get so off course? with god as my guide i will loose 50 pounds.
