Tuna Pasta Salad
A simple pasta salad that can be adapted to your own preferences. Great for lunchboxes.
Ingredients
Directions
- Bring pasta to the boil and simmer until cooked.
- Whilst pasta is cooking, mix tuna in a bowl with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
- Chop spring onion and peppers.
- Drain the pasta and put into a casserole dish. Add the tuna and vegetables to the warm pasta and mix.
- Add the last tablespoon of mayonnaise and season to taste. Mix again and eat as it is or refrigerate for a cool pasta dish later.
- Note: try adding sweetcorn, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes or whatever your imagination can think of. Best made in advanced and eaten when cooled.
