I am going to start at least 15 mins of yoga everyday. Belly exercise,swami ramdev yoga exercise:kapalbhati pranayam.

I need to stop eating Ferrero Rocher chocolate and samosa. these are the source of excess calories.And I need to drink more water instead to cut down more calories. I haven't find any solution for all these cravings especially for chocolate though.

Today I decided to cut down on fast food. Need to minimise eating outside. Have to cut down on fizzy drink as well.Can't resist chocolate,wonder how I am going to stop eating so much chocolate!!
Haven't started exercise until now but will have to add it on my diet plan so that I can shed some weight by 4 weeks time.

Tues 8th May
Today I decided to make a plan to lose weight. My aim is to lose from 70kg to 50 kg,which is around 20 kg.
20kg :20/5 weeks=4 kg per week. or 20/4 weeks=5kg per week.
How??
No chocolate,no chapati,no rice,no junk. Starting with soup diet ...
Will have to consider regular exercise as well.
Started on "7 Day Cabbage Soup Diet Plan" as from today
